Magid expands their clothing line to include the innovative flame resistant and breathable welding jacket. This flame resistant welding jacket features ANSI cut level 4 sleeves and a breathable mesh back to help prevent heat exhaustion. Even the mesh back panel is flame resistant. While the Magid jacket offers flame resistance, they don’t recommend for overhead welding or any operation where sparks or slag could become trapped in the mesh material.

The front placket consists of leather reinforced enclosed metal closures for enhanced durability. The sleeves are made from Aramax fabric and offers ANSI Cut Level 4 protection for heat resistance. To prevent the sleeves from riding up the arm, the Para-aramid knit cuffs provide a snug fit and thumb holes. Finally, the flame resistant mesh back panel cools the welder by allowing body heat to escape.
