NEIKO 32-piece Hex Key Bit Set Features
While it does seem that Torx bit fasteners have taken over the automotive world, there are still plenty of Allen bolts. The NEIKO 32-piece set includes SAE and Metric hex keys in 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″ drives. The base of each bit is made from Chrome Vanadium. Each bit is made from S2 hardened steel. An included blow-molded case keeps everything neat and tidy.
NEIKO Bit Set Contents:

On the SAE or Standard (Imperial) side of things, NEIKO includes from 5/64″ to 3/4″ hex bits. In 1/4″ sizes, you get 5/64″, 3/32″, 1/8″, 5/32″, 3/16″, 7/32″, and 1/4″ bits. Stepping up the 3/8″ you’ll find the 9/32″, 5/16″, 3/8″, 7/16″, and 1/2″ bits. Finally, the 1/2″ drive sizes include a 9/16″, 5/8″, 11/16″, and 3/4″ hex bits to round out the set.
Using the NEIKO Hex Key Bits
We used our HYTORC Torque Gun and our Snap-On Impact Wrench to test the durability of these hex key bits. We set our HYTORC to 100, 150, 200, and 250 ft-lbs then used the hex bit to tighten the fasteners accordingly. Even at 250 ft-lbs these NEIKO hex bits held up with very little markings on the bit. Even using the Snap-On impact wrench, the bits held up just fine.
You can find this 32-piece NEIKO Hex Bit Set on Amazon for under $50.
