New Milwaukee Tool Chest Models

56″ High Capacity Steel Storage Cabinet & Chest

This new Milwaukee Tool Chest and Cabinet combo offers a lot of durability and storage. Milwaukee has constructed both pieces from 18-gauge steel, a reinforced frame, and 6″ industrial-grade casters.

Let’s talk drawers here for a second. This Milwaukee tool chest includes 18 drawers that have been rated for 150 lbs. Each one features soft-close slides as well, and between all of them, this storage option can carry up to 3,000 lbs. These drawers will be deeper and wider than previous editions.

The High Capacity Steel Storage Cabinet & Chest comes with some other amenities as well. It comes with various tool holders, a folding utility shelf, a power bank with USB ports, and an electronic lock.

40″ Mobile Work Bench

This new Milwaukee tool chest comes in two varieties. One comes with a wood top, and one comes with a stainless steel top. Like the chest & cabinet combo, Milwaukee has constructed these workbenches from 18-gauge steel, a reinforced frame, and 5″ industrial casters. It has 6 drawers, each with a soft close feature and a weight capacity of 100 lbs. It also has a large bottom drawer. All things told, it can support a total of 1,800 lbs.

The 40″ mobile work bench also includes some tool organizers, a bolt-on utility shelf, and a built-in power center to help keep everything powered up.

Pricing

The word on the street is that the 40″ mobile workbenches should run you about $599. Meanwhile, the 56″ High Capacity Steel Storage Cabinet & Chest should retail for $1499. All models should hit the stores in January of 2019.
