Monster Impact Swivel Extension Sockets Features

Monster introduced two new sets of impact swivel extension sockets. The MST99777 is the metric set that includes 11 pieces, from 9mm  to 19mm. Also available is the MST99789 in SAE form, which includes 10 pieces, from 5/16″ to 7/8″. Both sets are what Monster calls XXL, referring to the 12″ long extension and socket. These sets are made from Cro-Moly (CrMo) forged steel with a black oxide coating, hence giving them excellent strength and durability.

A pinless joint design prevents the sockets from binding, even when the technician has to navigate a precarious angle. The pinless design is also a safer choice than traditional universal joints. By incorporating a 30-degree swivel head, the Monster impact swivel extension sockets allow the technician to apply more usable torque than typical universal joint designs. Also notable, Monster includes a lifetime warranty with both impact swivel socket sets.
