Milwaukee Compact Band Saw Features

This new M18 FUEL compact band saw offers more cutting capacity than any other compact band saw. You get a 3-1/4″ depth and 3-1/4″ width in the jaws of the saw. Cutting speed is also unmatched with both M18 FUEL compact band saw models, hence they deliver 540 SFPM (Surface Feet Per Minute). Easily adjust the power output with the variable speed trigger, and the onboard LED shines on your work. Adjusting for smaller cuts, the Milwaukee compact band saw includes a tool-free adjustable shoe. For those in the construction trades, you also get a rafter hook for hanging.

Something totally new to the band saw world is the addition of a pipe reamer attachment. This pipe reamer attaches without tools and reams 1/2″, 3/4″, and 1″ conduit. Users can save a ton of time by cutting and reaming with the same tool. The pipe reamer is not included in the kit, but it can be purchased for $34.99 (49-90-2029). Another option for the M18 FUEL compact and compact dual-trigger is the blade covers. These install without tools as well and they protect the blade-track from damage while keeping out your appendages as well. Blade covers are not included in the kit either; however, they and can be purchased for $54.00 (49-90-2829).
